Lou is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for 25 years. During his military career, he was an Army Aviator, flying Apache and Blackhawk helicopters. Throughout his service, he developed extensive leadership, operational, and team-building experience. Lou now serves as Executive Director and Integrator, applying his military leadership background to support organizational growth and execution. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his wife, Kathy, and their sons, Joseph and Nicolas.

After 24 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy as a Fleet Marine Force Hospital Corpsman, he retired in 2022 with a legacy of commitment, resilience, and care for others. Beyond his military career, he is a devoted dog lover and proud companion to three beloved canines, whom he considers cherished members of his family.
