Leadership Program (PPLP)

The Professional Project Leadership Program was designed for veterans and civilian professionals based on industry trends and demand and is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Private Licensed Schools.
Modeled after the success of Greencastle’s DoD Skillbridge, the Professional Project Leadership Program (PPLP) is open to all applicants meeting the education and work experience criteria listed below.
PPLP serves as a holistic project management training pipeline that gives students the knowledge, skills, and credibility to execute on critical no-fail projects in challenging and dynamic industries.

PPLP Applicant Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 60 months experience leading projects
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) + 36 months experience leading projects

PPLP students can expect to receive all the following while enrolled in the program
Project Management Professional Preparatory Course (PMP)
An industry standard recognized across the globe, the Project Management Professional certification is highly regarded, and our certified course meets the Project Management Institute’s requirement for formal Project Management education. As a Stronghold Leadership student, you will be assisted in writing your PMI Application and will be automatically enrolled in the Stronghold PMP Exam Study Group.

Change Management Professional (CMP)
Stronghold’s Change Management course is an introductory course taught by seasoned industry practitioners that augments real-world scenarios to deliver an entry-level change management training experience. The course covers each of the five knowledge domains as outlined by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP®). The Stronghold methodology and course content will provide each student with the tools to assist with and undertake change management initiatives. While providing a certification, the course is also designed to prepare students for the CCMP exam.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB)
Process improvement is critical for companies seeking to reduce overhead, cut down on waste, and run a leaner operation. The Stronghold Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course provides students with a strengthened foundation for building on Six Sigma and process improvement. Stronghold’s certified instructors help students take a practical approach to Six Sigma that makes the material easy to understand and apply.

Scrum Master Certification (SMC)
Scrum is a form of Agile project management that employs leaner practices that allow teams to work cohesively and maintain maneuverability. As a result, the Scrum Master Certification complements both the Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
